There are NO refunds on Sessions if you fail to show up or if you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. We are under no obligation to reschedule or refund if a client is a no-show for the appointed session time nor if a reschedule is not requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled appt time. If you need to cancel a session and reschedule you must do so in writing to fabienne.louisb@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Missed sessions (no-shows) will not be rescheduled. A 5-minute grace period will be held for the call but after that grace period, it will be considered a no-show.

There are NO refunds for any products or services provided in digital format(audio/video). YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY according to your body and personal health.
